A lot of us have the misconception of fitness being goals to achieve.
Typically jumping into a fitness/diet program that never lasted for more than 3 months or lesser. While there is a goal for competitive athletics to reach in a short period of time, most of us do not have that deadline yet have been working out like we do without enjoying the process.
